Girls’Day und Boys’Day 2015

On April 23rd 2015 MPA Pharma has actively participated at the nationwide Girls’Day and Boys’Day:

Two participants were given the opportunity to experience a day in the professional world to get a taste for working life. The Girls’Day was introduced in 2002 in order to give young girls in 5th grade the possibility to explore new jobs and test their skills and interests, particularly in the fields of technology, research, computer sciences and crafts. In the pursuit of equality, the equivalent Boys’Day was introduced in 2010, which in similar fashion offers boys from the 5th to the 10th grade the opportunity to experience job profiles that to date are a preferred career choice for women.

At the site in Trittau MPA Pharma opened the doors for Lilja Ros Davidsdottir and Noah Körner, offering a deeper insight into the business. Lilja Ros has subsequently focused on the work processes in the warehouse, providing help in the processing of orders, goods receipt and the sorting of label rolls. Noah has actively supported in the area of quality control by helping to check samples and the temperature of pharmaceuticals. He also supported the team by filling, scanning, and copying documents.
