MPA Pharma to expand to Scandinavia

Effective April 30, 2012 MPA Pharma acquired a majority stake in Paranova Group A/S, which is domiciled in Herlev, Denmark. Paranova was founded in 1989 and has sales companies in Denmark, Finland and Sweden. „The affiliation represents an investment in long-term market expansion. Scandinavia is an attractive new sales market that complement our home market in Germany,“ commented Dirk Oltersdorf, Managing Director.
